7 Koppies is an exclusive guesthouse set within 50 hectares of pristine fynbos (indigenous vegetation) on a privately owned piece of land within a working farm. Situated atop a koppie (small hill), the property surveys the Simonsberg mountains and Franschhoek valley. The guesthouse comprises two suites and three rooms, each individually designed, with the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas as shared spaces. It is a newly refurbished farmhouse built with high-quality fittings and furnishings, king-sized beds and organic linen. The entire concept from branding, interior, exterior and landscape architecture were designed exclusively by Lumisol.
