Designed in 1979, this marble table pushed the boundaries of what is possible with interlocking furniture free of joints or clamps. Just like its siblings, the ECCENTRICO table relies on a gravity joint between the tabletop and the base for stability. However unlike in the rest of the collection, the base slants off at a daring angle and is only stopped from toppling over by the counterweight of the elliptical tabletop inserted asymmetrically on top.
